I'm not a big fan of writing, I'm more of a reader myself, the intentions behind having this blog is to share some tips, neat workarounds from previous projects, and highlight the key difference between Oracle Hyperion Planning and IBM Cognos TM1 from technical and architecture point of view.

Why technical only? well simply put both of these technologies will get you any budgeting, forecasting and reporting system.
